Sqlite 和 postgresql 处理日期的方式不同。因此，从本地 sqlite 数据库复制数据将是一个问题。您可以重置您的 heroku 数据库，然后运行合并和种子命令，以便您可以看到您的应用程序启动并运行。

heroku pg:reset DATABASE --confirm YOUR_APP_NAME

heroku run rake db:setup
