问题解决了：

删除了 Python 和 VPython。

重新安装了 Visual Studio，只是为了禁用 JIT 调试器（所以我以后不会遇到同样的错误），然后我完全卸载了它。

安装了包含 VPython 扩展的 Python(x,y) IDE，以及 Ta Dam！！
