您似乎遵循了错误的初学者文档。对于 mod_wsgi 使用：

您似乎正在使用文档进行 FASTCGI 部署。

此外，您不能这样做：

import test-wsgi

Python 模块名称中不能包含“-”。

总之，请重新阅读（或阅读）有关部署的 Django 文档。

对于不同的文件，我遇到了同样的问题，并使文件世界可执行文件为我修复了它。在您将其缩小为您的问题后，您当然希望将其锁定为所需的用户：

$ sudo apt-get remove libapache2-mod-python libapache2-mod-wsgi
$ sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-wsgi-py3
