将colors.cs“复制到输出目录”的属性更改为“始终复制”，它的工作！

如果项目或解决方案中存在其他编译错误，Visual Studio 有时无法解析 XAML 文件中的名称。

尝试修复所有其他错误（和警告）。然后进行重建。
