我花了一段时间才找到这个问题。问题是我的测试项目隐式引用了另一个项目中的一个类，而该类在我的测试项目中没有明确引用。一旦我将引用（隐式引用的项目）添加到我的测试项目并重新构建，测试就会再次开始填充到测试资源管理器中。@wal 发布的链接是让我朝那个方向思考的提示。从帖子看来，这是一个 Visual Studio / Rhino Mocks 问题。

使用泛型和/或委托时，请确保您的代码隐式引用的所有类型都在项目引用中显式引用。
