WordPress 创建空数据库。（有一个数据库，但没有任何值！）

我找到了解决方案！- 我可能在更改端口时搞砸了。

在 httpd.conf - 我有这个：

Listen 8080
#Listen 0.0.0.0:8080

只需将其更改为：

#Listen 8080
Listen 0.0.0.0:8080

数据库正在接收值，但 word-press 开始在腰部尝试时给出此错误

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

所以我只是去数据库并给我的用户管理员权限！（从这里我按照标题“编辑 wp_usermeta 表”下的说明进行操作）
