从 Zoo beta feed http://www.helicontech.com/zoo/feed-beta/安装 Redmine 或者对 gemfile 进行以下更改： gem "mysql2", "~> 0.3.11" to gem "mysql2", "= 0.3.11" 并将 deploy_done.rb 重命名为 deploy.rb

并再次运行部署。
