您试图在一次执行中执行两个查询。JDBC 不允许这样做。一次执行应该是一个且只有一个语句。一些驱动程序确实允许它，但是您需要使用连接属性启用它，例如对于 MySQL，它是allowMultiQueries，请参阅http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/connector-j-reference-配置-properties.html：

allowMultiQueries
允许使用 ';' 在一个语句中分隔多个查询（真/假），默认为“假”，并且不影响 addBatch() 和 executeBatch() 方法，而是依赖于 rewriteBatchStatements。

但是我强烈建议作为两个单独的语句执行（可选在事务中）。这是 JDBC 兼容的，适用于所有数据库。
