您不能为此使用 SimpleCursorAdapter。编写一个自定义适配器并在 getView 函数中通过 setBackground 设置行的视图颜色。或者你可以通过继承 SimpleCursorAdapter 来做到这一点,然后覆盖 getView 看起来像这样
