我想通过在线连接不同的PC。

示例:我的笔记本电脑将是服务器,而我朋友的笔记本电脑将是客户端。但我们不是同一个城市。所以我们必须使用互联网。

You and your friend will need to access eachother's computers via public facing IPs. If each of your computers is subnetted behind a home router, you may have difficulties accomplishing this.

I would suggest setting up a VPN.
