要使您的代码以最少的修改量工作,请更改

viewKeysCanvas.create_window((0,0), window=tab3)

viewKeysCanvas.create_window((0,0), window=viewKeysGroup)

并删除

# viewKeysGroup.pack(padx=10, pady=10)
