I'm really frustrated, my apache server doesn't start, my error.log is this:

I don't know what is the meaning of "Could not initialize random number generator"

Anybody knows what is the issue????

确保您系统的PATH环境变量不包含非法字符，例如“b?????Ä/????????”。

删除此类条目为我解决了这个问题。

我检查了系统的PATH环境变量，发现里面有中文标志。由于我删除了它们，Apache 工作正常。

除此之外：您似乎缺少日志目录。

我今天遇到这个问题的原因完全不同：没有 PATH 环境变量（根本没有）。

环境变量提示让我走上了正轨。通过测试应用程序而不是启动 Apache 转储环境变量揭示了潜在问题。Windows CreateProcess()API 通常很难使用。
