我在另一个SO Question中找到了答案。

在定义到数据库的连接 URL 时，需要添加：“INIT=CREATE SCHEMA IF NOT EXISTS”。因此 persistence.xml 文件中的完整 URL 如下所示：

<connection-url>jdbc:h2:mem:test-db;DB_CLOSE_DELAY=-1;INIT=CREATE SCHEMA IF NOT EXISTS ccmc</connection-url>

其中ccmc是要创建的模式的名称。参数DB_CLOSE_DELAY与问题无关，可以安全地省略这个问题。
