从我的问题评论。验证您网站的 ASP.net 版本是否与您托管的网站 ASP.net 版本匹配。看起来您使用的是 ASP.net 2.0。我怀疑托管站点将是 ASP.net 4.0

检查您的 asp.net 版本和托管站点 asp.net 版本。如果没问题，但如果您收到 500 错误，则 asp.net 配置无效。从命令 propmpt 尝试从 Microsoft.NET 目录（Windows 文件夹）中的 aspnet_regiis.exe -i
