在我看来,您正在溢出缓冲区并破坏您的流:

memcpy(buffer + fLen + 1, [sNALU bytes], sLen);

您正在分配 fLen + sLen 字节然后写入fLen + sLen + 1字节。只是摆脱+ 1.

因为您的 AVPacketav_free_packet()不需要在堆栈上分配。最后,为 libav 分配额外的字节被认为是一种很好的做法。av_malloc(size + FF_INPUT_BUFFER_PADDING_SIZE )
