直接的问题是被调用的模式验证器没有为命名空间http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/加载任何模式文档——或者因为它是一个通用验证器并且没有任何内置的 SOAP 知识命名空间，或者因为它没有设法从位于 schemas.xmlsoap.org 的服务器检索模式文档。

如果您有http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/和http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/命名空间的模式的本地副本，您可以尝试将模式位置信息添加到这两个xsd:import 架构中的元素。如果您没有本地副本，那么我希望您从 schemas.xmlsoap.org 获得响应比我刚才做得更好。
