我在尝试升级评论板时遇到了完全相同的错误。似乎分发和设置工具正在发生冲突。

我通过像这样简单地删除分发鸡蛋来修复它：

$ sudo rm -r /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/distribute*
