我觉得太小了。如果我有一个应用程序每 5 秒发送一次数据（每条消息 32KB）一小时，我会在一个小时内超过配额，只有 90 个用户。云解决方案的 2GB 容量上限似乎有点太小了。
我错过了什么吗？

我不认为这是正确的。我的计费启用应用程序在配额详细信息中显示了这一点：
