git - VS2012 git扩展不能忽略opensdf文件

我已将 *.opensdf 添加到 .gitignore 文件，但我的 VS2012 git 扩展总是说 opensdf 文件已打开，我无法提交更改。如果我通过命令行使用 git，一切正常。
