按照教程，您应该将以下 CSS 规则应用于容器元素（应该是 rt-footer-surround）：

.rt-footer-surround {
    position:absolute;
    bottom:0;
    width:100%;

}

这几乎可以解决问题，当然你应该检查是否有其他 CSS 规则试图覆盖你正在做的修改，firebug 或其他开发人员工具非常适合这种东西。
