有多种可能的原因：

  • 你log4j.properties不在类路径上。打印出类路径以确保您的 log4j.properties 所在的目录出现在那里。如果 log4j 没有找到任何配置，您应该在控制台中看到有关该配置的警告。

  • 使用其他一些log4j.properties。有关可能考虑哪些文件的信息，请参阅此处的默认初始化程序。由于 log4j 很可能使用类加载器来查找配置文件，因此应该可以配置 java，以便它记录类加载器加载的所有内容。这将是很多东西，但它还应该包含 log4j.properties 文件的使用。或者您在 log4j 源代码中搜索“log4j.properties”，使用它来查找加载配置的位置，并使用调试器来查找加载的确切内容。
