除此之外，存储库看起来不像 Maven 存储库。

而且还http://ericbottard.github.com/cloudfoundry-tomcat-7给出了一个未找到的页面，这让我觉得这不是一个有效的存储库。

此外，我建议首先仅使用 Maven Central，这意味着您的 pom.xml 文件中没有存储库条目，这是完全错误的方式。

只需检查它是否在没有存储库定义的情况下工作。如果您确实需要更好地定义其他存储库，请使用存储库管理器（Artifactory、Nexus、Archiva）。

另一件事是，我在您的 pom 中看到了已发布的版本，该版本已经与尚未准备好进行开发相矛盾。所以最好的办法是使用一个用于开发的 SNAPSHOT 版本。
