如果你调用mvn jar:jar或者mvn assembly:single你没有运行 maven 生命周期，这意味着配置部分不会像你期望的那样运行。

您必须致电：

mvn package

而是将 maven-jar-plugin 以及 maven-assembly-plugin 与您在 pom.xml 文件中定义的一样。
