Cannot find table 0.

我在 IIS 身份验证中启用了匿名身份验证，而所有其他身份验证都禁用了...

在我创建的应用程序池的高级设置中：

                   - Managed PipeLine : Local System

                   - Load User Profile : True

在 Default website -> Basic setting -> connect as -> select Application User(pass-through authentication)
