Okes 它的发生是因为提供了 DataContext。

DataContext="{Binding DefaultViewModel, RelativeSource={RelativeSource Self}}"

所以我删除了这个来完成工作，它工作正常。这是因为我们已经在里面提供了 Binding，所以不需要在 DefaultViewModel 中添加 Binding
