如果您不坚持动态生成网格,您可能需要考虑 fabric.js 提供的本机覆盖图像功能。

var canvas = new fabric.Canvas('rubber');
canvas.setOverlayImage('grid.png', canvas.renderAll.bind(canvas));

它根本不会妨碍与画布上的对象的交互。
