在构建初始 XML 时，您需要确保 DocumentBuilderFactory 是命名空间感知的。WSSecurity 试图通过soap 名称空间查找soap 标头，但它不可用。添加以下行应该可以修复它：

DocumentBuilderFactory factory = DocumentBuilderFactory.newInstance();
factory.setNamespaceAware(true);
