您的 timerTask 每 15 秒拍摄一次……您确定首选项存储并返回正确的值吗?在我看来,你的情况System.currentTimeMillis() - oldTime > days_30将永远是真实的。

在 timertask 中,在非“Config.DEVELOPMENT”分支中发送 SMS 后,您实际上并没有设置“oldTime”。

您应该摆脱代码重复并确保实际执行了哪些代码:

  • 使用(私有)方法。
  • 使用日志记录。

使用更简洁的代码,您可以省去很多汗水。
