If ALL  of these conditions are TRUE :

Total Items Quantity  equals or greater than  2 
If an item is FOUND  in the cart with ANY  of these conditions true:
    SKU  is  7667  (Gift Card)

Apply             Fixed amount discount for whole cart
Discount Amount       10

你的条件似乎是正确的。但在操作中，您定义了固定金额折扣而不是百分比折扣。

在行动中：

Apply Percent of product price discount
Discount Amount 10

此外，您必须记住，这样某人只需将 2 张礼品卡放入购物车即可获得折扣。您应该为 SKU 不是 7667 的项目添加另一个规则检查。
