这是 RTFM 的一个案例。有两个 Nuget 包。我安装的是PCL版本。要使用设计器，必须安装 WPF nuget 包的非 PCL 版本。

我的一台机器上的一个项目也遇到了同样的问题。这似乎是一个环境问题。我已经修复了 Visual Studio 安装，问题消失了。
