<id name="uniqueNumber" type="int" column="Unique_Number">
    <generator class="native"/> <!-- This will pick identity, sequence or hilo based on type -->
</id>

使用sqljdbc4.jar建议 MS SQL Server 正在使用，但方言设置为HSQLDialect. 将其更改为：

<property name="hibernate.dialect">org.hibernate.dialect.SQLServerDialect</property>

...应该解决这个问题 - 确保nativeID 生成使用与 SQL Server 兼容的值。
