问题实际上出在您的代码中:

    ..
    try:
        cursor=connection.cursor()

            cursor.execute(proc,args)
        connection.commit()
    except mysql.connector.Error as e:
    ..

如果您使用的是存储例程,您将立即返回,因此永远不会调用 commit()。
