Oracle.DataAccess.dll 不是独立程序集。它依赖于 oracle 客户端——一堆非托管代码。如果您不介意使用测试版，现在可以使用 100% 托管的提供商。

但是，如果您需要使其与标准提供程序一起使用，则需要确认已安装具有相同位数的 oracle 客户端。它至少需要版本 8，但老实说，我希望使用最新版本的 odp.net 和与其一起安装的匹配“即时客户端”。
