根据用户报告，您不能Keyboard Shortcuts在 Dreamweaver 中使用对话框覆盖 Tab 键。所以这个问题应该交给 DW 开发者。

Edit -> keyboard shortcuts, commands = menu commands, 和 go tocommands -> Emmet -> expand abbreviation
您可以将其更改为未保存的快捷键（除了 : 'tab' , ...）。

Write a Tab in Notepad and copy. Now, in changing shortcut keys section. click right mouse button and paste..but if u do that tab function will not work..it will only be for emmet and u cnt use tab for its original function
