xcopy 通常位于C:\Windows\system32所以为了让 VS 看到 xcopy，这个路径应该在你的 PATH 环境变量中。您可以通过运行检查这一点：

echo %path%

在命令行中，您应该在其他文件夹旁边看到 xcopy 的路径...

我刚刚在 xcopy 命令前面添加了 C:\Windows\System32\，它解决了问题。同时，还要检查您是否没有在意外中出现一些额外的换行符。但是，如果您愿意，您也可以将系统目录添加回您的 windows 路径。您可以在计算机 - 属性 - 高级系统设置 - 环境变量 - 系统变量 - 路径中找到它。

例如：

C:\Windows\System32\xcopy /s /y "$(ProjectDir)bin\ken.MojoPortal.HtmlTools.Web.dll" "$(SolutionDir)Web\bin\"
