我已经与 IIS 产品团队讨论过这个问题，这似乎是配置系统的一个错误。更有趣的是，当我在带有 IIS 7.5 的 Win7 上尝试此代码时，我什至无法以编程方式重新添加处理程序。尝试这样做会导致 COM 异常，该异常指出：

“错误：无法添加类型为 'add' 且唯一键属性 'name' 设置为 'ASPClassic' 的重复集合条目”

这变得更加成问题，因为一旦用户“删除”了某个位置的处理程序，在修复此错误之前，无法通过 MWA API 重新添加它。
