1.) 为 Windows 安装预构建的 Appium（无需繁琐）（https://bitbucket.org/appium/appium.app/downloads/AppiumForWindows.zip）

2.) 运行 reset.bat 而不是 grunt 命令。我已经更新了您提到的文档。
