MMAdView adView = new MMAdView(this);

至

MMAdView adView = (MMAdView)findViewById(R.id.adView);

并添加：

adView.getAd();

...在 Activity 的 onCreate(...) 方法结束时（ after adView.setId(MMSDK.getDefaultAdId());）。
