如果您使用的是 Homebrew，那么这是我使用的命令：

    DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/opt/icu4c/lib                      \
        cabal install text-icu                                      \
            --extra-include-dirs=/usr/local/opt/icu4c/include       \
