安装 parent 就像一个魅力（可以在本地 m2 存储库中找到它），但安装基础项目总是运行 tomcat？！我只想构建战争并将其安装在本地 m2 存储库中。这里有什么问题？

ps：我不喜欢总是提到依赖项和插件，所以最好将它们留在父项目中，因为我在每个子项目（例如演示）中都需要它们。

你defaultGoal的 isinstall和你绑定tomcat-run在pre-integration-test. 因此，一旦您启动maven install，它将tomcat-run在执行pre-integration-test阶段时执行。

所以你应该更新你的tomcat7-maven-plugin并删除执行。如果您仍然想保留这些，那么您应该考虑使用一些配置文件（用于构建敌人示例的特定配置文件）
