我希望能够按下“下一步移动”按钮并重新绘制 JPanel,因为我正在从中读取颜色的网格发生变化。我无法通过调用 revalidate()、removeAll() 和 repaint() 将 JPanel 更改为我的图块 JPanel。

removeAll从容器中删除所有子组件,在这种情况下这并不能真正帮助你......

revalidate处理布局子系统并更新容器层次结构以响应容器内容的变化,再次,并没有真正的帮助......

在你paintComponent的方法中,你引用了一个ArrayList被调用的colours,它用于绘制正方形。您需要重置此列表以停止该paintComponent方法填充颜色

你的redaw方法应该看起来更像......
