另一种解决方案是仅安装 Windows SDK 中的 .net 开发工具。使用web安装程序取消全选，只选择Dot net framework development下的“Tools”。

正如错误消息所述，您可以将 resgen 从计算机复制到 vm 上的某个位置，然后更改注册表以指向正确的路径。
