想通了问题。

显然，我的 libiconv 没有针对正确的架构 x86_64 编译，而 jekyll-import 和 nokogiri 需要 i386。

解决方案是安装通用 libiconv 库。我通过使用 mac 端口并安装 libiconv 端口通用变体来做到这一点。

sudo port install libiconv
sudo port install libiconv +universal

我还必须像这样安装 libxml2 和 libxslt。在那之后一切都很完美。
