我认为 app 会向已释放的对象发送消息。是的，即使您使用 ARC，有时也会发生这种情况。要调试它，您需要使用 Instruments (Zombies) 运行您的应用程序并尝试重现该错误。

启用 Zombies 并使用 Instruments (Zombies) 调试 App 确实有助于定位错误。但是修复错误或避免将来出现同样的错误非常重要。
