我正在向 URL 发送请求 XML，并将 zip 文件接收到给定路径。有时，当这个 zip 文件的带宽很低时，我会遇到麻烦，很可能 120MB 的大小没有正确下载。并在提取 zip 文件时出错。提取也发生在代码中。当我以高带宽下载时，此文件可以毫无问题地下载。

我正在寻找一个不提高带宽的解决方案，从程序级别有没有办法下载这个 zip 文件，可能是部分或类似的东西？或者大家都拥有的任何其他解决方案都受到高度赞赏。
