您不应该对用于属性的字符串进行编码。图书馆minidom在写作时会为你处理这些。

您的错误是由将字节串与 unicode 数据混合引起的，并且您的编码字节串无法解码为 ASCII。

如果您的某些数据被编码，并且其中一些在 中unicode，请尽量避免这种情况。如果您无法避免必须处理混合数据，请改为执行以下操作：

page = doc.createElement('Page')
if not isinstance(title, unicode):
    title = title.decode('latin1', 'ignore')
page.setAttribute('Title', title)

请注意，您不需要使用doc.toprettyxml(); 您也可以指示doc.writexml()为您缩进 XML：
