使用 bindService(Intent service, ServiceConnection conn, int flag) 绑定您的倒计时服务，然后在您的服务中，返回包含您的计数的活页夹，在您的活动中，实例化的 ServiceConnection 对象可以处理活页夹。AIDL也可以，建议先看看如何绑定服务，希望能帮到你。
