这是编译可执行文件时的链接器错误。DLL 很好，但您没有告诉链接器如何链接到它。您需要将构建 DLL 时创建的导入库（.lib 文件）传递给链接器。

我认为您正在使用 Visual Studio。在这种情况下，将您的导入库添加到可执行文件的项目配置中的Additional Library Dependencies设置中。

“大卫赫弗南”给出的答案对我有用。您需要将 lib 路径添加到链接器路径，位于：{右键单击您的项目} -> 属性 -> 配置属性 -> 链接器 -> 输入 -> 附加依赖项 -> 编辑。
