在尝试分配值之前，您没有将其实例化b。Array当您调用时b[0]，b仍然是NilClass.

要“按原样”工作，您需要插入

b = []

就在Customer.delete_all.

一个更好的方法是

 b.each |customer_record|
   customer = Customer.create!
   Customer.first.attributes.each_with_index do |column_name, index|
     customer[column_name[0]] = customer_record[index]
   end
   customer.save!
 end
