您UploadServlet应该在您的根 Web 应用程序上下文中定义（由 加载的那个ContextLoaderListener）：

所以更改应该是，将 bean 添加到您已经完成的 applicationContext.xml 文件中。<import resource..从您的文件中删除servlet-context.xml加载 applicationContext.xml 而不是通过ContextLoaderListener，而不是通过<import resource...，因此在您的 web.xml 中：
